JAN 14 & 15,

The Save the Date Wedding Showcase will include vendors such as caterers, venues, florists, photographers and more. Here is a quick snap shot of our event plan:

  • Number of Available vendor spaces: 100+ Spaces

  • Target Market: 100 mile radius of the Eugene/Springfield Area

  • Estimated Attendance: 3,000-5,000 future brides, grooms, and their
    wedding squad

  • Location: Lane Events Center Convention Center; Performance Hall  (22,000 square feet of event space)

  • Show Hours: Saturday, 10am – 6pm; Sunday, 10am – 5pm

  • Attendee Ticket Price: $7.00 pre-sale, $10.00 at the door

  • At the conclusion of the event, we will provide you a full attendee contact list.

If you are interested in joining us at the event, please submit a completed application via email to alyssa@laneeventscenter.org. We will get in touch with you once it is received to discuss booth placement. Spaces will be booked on a first come first serve basis and payment is required for confirmation. Payment can be made via check or credit card either with your vendor application or once a final booth location has been determined. We will send out more detailed vendor information once your booth space is solidified.
